New to texting and need a few tips?

Go to the message option on your phone

Depending on your phone, do one of the following:

1. Type in your library's code
   Type your question using the letters on your keypad
   Enter the My Info Quest number 309-222-7740
   
2. Enter the My Info Quest number 309-222-7740
   Type your library's code
   Type your question
   
   Note: If you are using a numeric keypad to type, find the letter that you need on your keypad and press it until the correct letter appears on your screen. Repeat this until you have typed your message
   
3. Send your text message.

 Hours of Service  Central Time
Monday - Friday - 8:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M.
Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Sunday 12:00 P.M. - 6 P.M. .
